On Ex. 2 for Fm aeolian play fingering 2 from the 6th fret which is Ab major

On Ex. 3 for F#m aeolian play fingering 3 from the 2th fret which is A major

On Ex. 4 for gm aeolian play fingering 4 from the 1st fret which is Bb major

On Ex. 5 for g#m aeolian play fingering 5 from the 7th fret which is B major

Then we play fingering 1 on the 7th fret which is G major


 E Aeolian would be
 E, F# , G , A , B,  C , D

if we play   G  Ionian then we have
 G, A, B, C, D, E , F#

 therefore notes are same in both cases

conclusion is 

E  Aeolian  =  G   Ionian

 Ionian becomes Aeolian when played from b3th of the chord
