ESOL Program
In addition to reading help, VITA also provides a program for people who are learning to speak English: ESOL, or English for Speakers of Other Languages. We offer classes in conversation, grammar, and reading comprehension for our English language learners. We also have a computer lab with software to help improve your vocabulary. Finally, we attempt to match you with a tutor who you will work with one-on-one.
Regular attendance is very important when it comes to making progress. In general, you'll get out of the program what you put in to it -- the more you can attend, the faster you can improve!
