H: Not banned. 1-biggest advantage of cell phone is that we can take calls ANY place. 2-Receive emergency call 3-Report emergency 4-no other equipment can replace cell phone. There is a popular topic of whether cell phones should be banned or not. As with many other arguments, different people have different ideas about it. Some believe we should ban the cell phone in public since it disturbs other people. Others insist that the convenient live style obtained by using cell phones should not be ignored. In my opinion, I think cell phones should not be banned for several reasons. The reasons for not banning cell phones in public places are as follows. First, the biggest advantage of cell phones is that we can take calls in any place. Second, it’s important to receive emergency calls. People can find you by your cell phone when there is an emergency, for example, a temporary airline cancellation. It saves your time if you get the cancellation information before you arrive at the airport. Third, it’s also important to report emergency calls. In some cities, police can come in one minute after reporting. An in-time call can stop a potential crime. Fourth, no other equipment can replace cell phones. In many countries, everyone has a cell phone in hand, and some people have more than one. It shows the irreplaceability of cell phones in people’s life. These are several of many reasons that cell phones should not be banned in public places. Thus cell phones should not be banned in public places beacuse they are both important and useful. Therefore, I think keeping the cell phone in our life is necessary and sufficient. People will not have a good quality of life without a cell phone. M: In some places but not in others. ######3-No call in a bank 4-but in emergency can use any place 2-neccessary in places like hospital 1-teach children in school to be careful with cell phone Using cellphones is very popular everywhere and necessary. A lot of people use them irresponsibly everywhere, no matter if they are annoying to other people. I think talking on phones should be banned in some public places because there are several ways to manage calls there. It is true phones are necessary, everybody needs them, but we need to know better when and where we should use them. Second, when we go to some public place we should set the phone on vibrate, in that way, we can know if someone is calling for an emergency. Another thing we can do is to teach the responsible use of phones or our teachers at school can teach it to the children. By doing that, they might not need to ban them. At the end no, even though we may teach their correct use, people will still misuse them in public. There are way we can avoid speaking on a phone in public: we should know when and where to talk, we can use viberate and we can teach children the proper use. For this reason, speaking on a cell phone in public places should not be permitted. I believe there are other things banned, but is not enforced, so if they ban using the phone in a public place won’t be effective. B:Ban them every public place 2-Some people abuse talking on their phone in public 1-If you receive a call, you can mbove to a less public place to take the call, or to make a call. 4-Personal information should not be aired in public 3-Talking loudly in public is disturbing to others. Over the past few decades, cell phones have become ubiquitous, but they have also become controversial. Many people object to being compelled to listen to other people's conversation while in public places like waiting rooms or shopping areas, and it has been recommended that talking on a cell phone be banned in public places. I agree with that suggestion for a number of reasons. I feel cell phones should be banned from use in public places for a number of reasons. Hearing someone talk on their phone can be very annoying. Because of the design of a cell phone people tend to raise their voice on them, and this can be very disturbing to others. Also, Hearing someone's conversation can be very distracting; it is rude to expose others to your private matters. And finally, it is unnecessary: a person can, and should, step away from the public place to make or take a call. For these reasons, I believe the it would be in the best interest of everyone to disallow the use of cell phones in public places. Cell phones in public places can be disturbing to others, noisy and unnecessary. For this reason they should not be permitted there. I think people can get along quite well using their phones away from others, this, I believe, will make our world a better place.
