Tarzan of the Apes, written by Edgar Rice Burroughs was the first in a series of books written about the title character Tarzan. It was made into a film in 1918 near Morgan City, Louisiana. This documentary
was created by Al Bohl and directed by his daughter Alison Bohl Dehart. Three years of researching film, pictures and documents, the Bohls have created and enlightening and delightful documentary.
The director, Alison Bohl Dehart, will visit with us for a Q&A after the screening.
